Membership is FREE
There is no membership fee for our customers and clients. Before you sign up, please read the following guidelines. They will answer many of your questions and if you sign up, it will be assumed that you have read and agreed to the following.

You Should Not be working with another realtor
My philosophy is simple- if you are working with someone and are happy with them you should stick with them. If you are looking for a change, then feel free to join up with me.
This is an interactive site, if you join up we will build a working relationship via email or phone calls. You will find that any property listed on any other site(ex. other companies or other agents) is available to you on this site. If you choose to continue to look at other sites, even though it is not necessary, then I hope that if you find something that interests you, you contact me. I will show you all properties you are interested in and attend open houses with you.  

Trial membership
Membership is valid for an inital period of four weeks. After this time, membership is reserved for clients who have had a buyer or seller consultation with me to determine if I can assist you further in obtaining your real estate goals.

You can view online thousands of properties
Our clients have complete access to the public information provided by our multiple listing service. When there are so many properties for sale it can become tedious hunting down the property you want to call home. You can search 7 days a week, 24 hours a day and 365 days a year. You can search when you have the time, from the comfort of home or work.

Receive daily email updates of all MLS homes that match your search criteria
Qualified members can receive an email every morning, 7 days a week, describing all the homes that were listed the previous day that match your home selection criteria.
